It's been truly fantastic so far, I especially appreciate that the sizes of the screens are listed so you know what you're ending up with.

Bought for 11 year old grandson. One of the great features is the language. He speaks German and English and can play chess in both languages.

I was not sure how the practice mode works before buying, so I will clarify that first. The moves are fed to the system by touch - you make your move by touching the start and destination of a coin and the computer points out its move in the small screen, you have to perform computers move as well by touching. If you are good with that, it is a very nice practice set. It is small and compact. The magnets are good enough to prevent accidental fall. The slow speed of response makes it boring sometimes, but expected it for the price

This is a perfect gift for kids who wanted to learn chess. The magnetic board is not that strong to hold the pieces but still it holds them good. The display screen should have been more visible but for training my kid this is OK. As this board has numbering on each block so it’s easy for them to remember the positions. The only main problem I found is this runs on batteries instead of charging.
